Garden, Terrace, Panorama and Penthouse Residences provide separate living and sleeping zones within one private setting for up to 22 guests.
From 1 April to 14 November, the four residences are reserved only as the complete estate. Individual residence bookings are available only for stays from 15 November to 31 March.
Residence collection
Each residence has its own kitchen, living area, terrace and en-suite bedrooms. Together, they allow a group to share the pool, outdoor dining and Adriatic setting without giving up personal space.

Elevated living spaces with three en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a sea-facing terrace for long coastal views.

The upper residence combines three en-suite bedrooms, private living and kitchen space, and a terrace shaped for quieter sunset evenings.

Residence and estate amenities
The four homes are self-contained; the outdoor areas are shared when the estate is reserved by one group. Equipment and seasonal operation remain subject to the final booking information.
Wireless internet covers the estate for everyday browsing, communication and remote-work needs.
Living and sleeping areas are air conditioned; heating and utility terms for longer winter stays are confirmed separately.
Each residence includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kitchenware and tea-and-coffee facilities for independent use.
One king bed on each level may be prepared as twins on request, subject to confirmation before arrival.
The seasonal saltwater pool offers hydromassage and counter-current functionality, with two outdoor lounge areas.
A covered kitchen and dining setting accommodates the complete group, with an outdoor WC and two covered showers nearby.
Table tennis, a slide and a swing provide informal recreation alongside the pool and terraces.
The outdoor setting is enclosed and reserved for the booked group during complete-estate stays.
Four garage spaces and four carport spaces support groups arriving with several vehicles.

The estate is arranged vertically. Discuss mobility, children and preferred sleeping arrangements before confirming your stay.
