One table for the group
The covered summer kitchen and dining area is arranged for up to 22 guests, with an outdoor WC and two covered showers nearby.
Two lounge zones
The main sun deck and an additional raised lounge area provide separate places to swim, read and gather outside.
Outdoor play
Table tennis, a slide and a swing add simple outdoor options beyond the pool. Children remain under adult supervision.
Selected twin configuration
One king bed on each level may be separated into twin beds on request. The final configuration must be agreed before arrival.

What is reserved during the main season?
For stays from 1 April to 14 November, a reservation covers the complete estate: Garden, Terrace, Panorama and Penthouse Residences for one private group.
When can an individual residence be booked?
Individual residence bookings are available only for stays from 15 November to 31 March, subject to live availability and final written confirmation.
When is the outdoor pool open?
The outdoor swimming pool is closed from 1 November to 31 March. Pool operation outside that period remains subject to weather, maintenance and the final booking information.
How many guests can the complete estate accommodate?
The complete estate accommodates up to 22 guests across 11 en-suite bedrooms in four self-contained residences.
Does the building have a lift?
No. The upper residences are reached by stairs. Guests should discuss mobility needs and bedroom allocation with ALMISSUM before booking.
Can services and private experiences be arranged?
Private transfers, skippered boat experiences, host-prepared dining, wine and gastronomy experiences, guided day trips, outdoor activities, laundry, delivery assistance, private-chef requests and reserved beach-area access may be coordinated in advance. Availability, charges, capacity and third-party terms are confirmed in writing.
Is reserved beach-area access included?
A reserved beach-area request with up to 22 sun loungers may be coordinated for an additional charge, subject to advance confirmation and current availability.
