What is reserved during the main season?
For stays from 1 April to 14 November, a reservation covers the complete estate: Garden, Terrace, Panorama and Penthouse Residences for one private group.
When can an individual residence be booked?
Individual residence bookings are available only for stays from 15 November to 31 March, subject to live availability and final written confirmation.
When is the outdoor pool open?
The outdoor swimming pool is closed from 1 November to 31 March. Pool operation outside that period remains subject to weather, maintenance and the final booking information.
How many guests can the complete estate accommodate?
The complete estate accommodates up to 22 guests across 11 en-suite bedrooms in four self-contained residences.
Does the building have a lift?
No. The upper residences are reached by stairs. Guests should discuss mobility needs and bedroom allocation with ALMISSUM before booking.
Can services be arranged for the stay?
Transfers, a traditional dinner or private-chef request, boat-day recommendations and laundry support may be coordinated in advance, subject to availability, third-party terms and written confirmation.
